  • Dr. Liz Dion, OTD

    Liz is a Vermont local who earned her degree in Psychology and Alternative Health Sciences from Northern Vermont University (previously called Johnson State). After a stint as a massage therapist and yoga instructor, Liz headed to The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, to earn her Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.

    Her doctoral thesis in 2021 focused on the fascinating connection between neuroscience and alternative therapies, particularly for patients grappling with depression, anxiety, and chronic pain.

    After returning to her roots in Vermont, Liz's heart led her to devote herself to caring for home-bound elderly patients and those in need of end-of-life hospice care. During her work, she noticed that many of her patients relied on cannabis to ease their symptoms and enhance their life's quality. However, they struggled to find organic and sugar-free edible cannabis products.

    Driven by her passion for helping her patients, Liz decided to fill that gap in the market.

    When the recreational cannabis market opened up in 2022, Liz got to work crafting yummy, organic, and sugar-free edible cannabis products to help her patients feel better than ever!

    Once a beachy kid from Seal Beach, California, Scott zoomed around the country with his partner-in-crime, Kristen, and their three mini-me's before finally putting down roots in the Upper Valley. With his passion for making healthy foods accessible to low-income children and teaching them how to grow veggies in schools, Scott's a superhero in the kitchen and our community.

    Thanks to his mixed bag of tricks in education, culinary arts, and an ear for alternative music, Scott's cooking with cannabis has reached new highs! He's always on the lookout for the perfect strain match for an out-of-this-world experience, and he never skips a beat when creating edible masterpieces with complementary flavors. His infused recipes for adults 21+ abound in creativity and inspire home cannachefs, both experienced and beginners!
