Sauce Ingredients

2 Tablespoons Hash Rosin Infused Himalayan Pink Salted Peanut Butter

3 Tablespoons fish sauce

1 Tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce

5 Tablespoons light brown sugar

2 Tablespoons rice vinegar

1 Tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce

Noodle Ingredients

8 ounces flat rice noodles

3 Tablespoons oil

3 cloves garlic , minced

8 ounces uncooked shrimp, chicken, or firm tofu, cut into small pieces

2 eggs

1 cup fresh bean sprouts

1 red bell pepper , thinly sliced

3 green onions , chopped

1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts

2 limes

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

Get ready to stir up a delicious storm!

  1. Start by cookin' those noodles to tender perfection based on the box instructions, then rinse them under cold water.

  2. Next up, whip up a zesty sauce by mixing together all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Ta-da!

3. Now, get your stir-fry game on: heat up some oil in a large saucepan or wok and toss in your choice of shrimp, chicken or tofu, garlic, and bell pepper. Shrimp cooks super fast, so give it only a minute or two on each side until it turns a lovely shade of pink. If chicken's your jam, cook it for around 3-4 minutes until just done.

4. Push all that yumminess to the side and add a bit more oil to the pan. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble them up into tiny pieces with your spatula.

5. Throw in those cooked noodles, the sauce, bean sprouts, and peanuts (save a few for toppings!). Give everything a good toss in the pan.

Sprinkle on some green onions, extra peanuts, cilantro, and lime wedges to make it look fancy. Serve it up hot and fresh!

Cannachef notes:

If you want to increase the THC dosage for this recipe, use additional Infused Peanut Butter to make the sauce creamier, or use 2 Tablespoons of GMG Hash Rosin Infused Cold-Pressed Olive Oil to cook the eggs.

Each Tablespoon contains 5 mg of THC, so keep track of those Tablespoons!
